Then Volterra series is introduced in Engineering.
The influence of high frequency excitation to civil engineering is tiny, so this article assumes that series with the before third order can well express the response.This approach makes the harmonic detection method on detecting Volterra series kernel possible.

Introduction The course “Soil mechanics and foundation engineering” (abbreviated to “soil mechanics”) is an important basic course (soil mechanics part) / specialized course (foundation engineering part) of the civil engineering major in universities.
Since the first international seminar on geo-environmental engineering was held in 1986, geo-environmental engineering has generated two important branches: geological and environmental engineering, and ecological and environmental engineering.
The USA started research on geo-environmental engineering earlier, and the famous Journal of the Soil Mechanics and Foundations Division of ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) was renamed the Journal of Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Engineering with the constant development of the subject of soil mechanics.

Basing on the cause of the thunder and lightning, this paper makes a model of the threat about the automatic charging station in civil aviation airport and has a detailed analysis of the harm that the thunder and lightning can do to the buildings, personnel, the computer system, the control system and the power system, it provides a theory basis to the design of the protection about the thunder and lightning in the automatic charging station.
