Introduction
Nanostructured zinc oxide (ZnO) is one of the most promising semiconductor materials for applications in solar cells, and various sensors [1-5].
Then, Al-doped ZnO nanorod arrays were coated with intrinsic ZnO (4-inch ZnO target: purity 99.99 %; Process Materials Inc.) using radio-frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering (SNTEK) at an RF power of 50 W, before annealing in air at 500 °C for 1 h.

Abstract: The pollution soil from tar workshop’s foundation soil in a steel work, first of all, the main organic pollutants in pollution soil are examined by the Pony Test Center.
The pollutants is mainly raw material leakage and reject in the production process, such as acid, alkali, coal-tar oil, lime slag and so on.
Experimental Materials and specimen processing.
After 850℃, the weight remained stable, it was indicated that the volatile materials in soil pollution had evaporated.

Abstract.
Experimental The 3DXRD microscope, on which the experiment was performed, is located at the Materials Science Beamline ID11, ESRF.
Samples in the form of small discs with a diameter of 3 mm were made from this material.
The furnace was mounted on a goniometer comprising an (x,y,z) translation stage and an ω rotation Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 stage.

With the development of the computer technology, bionics, mechatronics and materials science, many kinds of biomimetic underwater robots imitating aquatic animal have been developed, for instance, robot fishes [1-3], the robot lobster [4], the undulatory tadpole robot [5], the jelly fish robot [6], the robot squid [7], etc.
In order to simulate muscle contraction well, the drive materials need to provide sufficient output force, power and deformation.
Presently, widely used artificial muscle materials include SMA, ion conducting polymer metal composite and piezoelectric.
