In this study, contact stress and fatigue life of spur gear for different modules and for different materials were studied.
Comparison was done between Aluminium alloy and SAE materials. From the analysis, it was observed that SAE materials have consistently higher life than Aluminium alloys.
Module 3mm is having the least contact stress among the three modules for all three materials. 3.

Combining high thermal conductivity and high latent heat of phase change Materials (PCM) with heat pipe that has strong ability of heat transfer.
Rami Sabbah and Riza Kizilel et al. [5,6] put forward a kind of phase change materials(PCM) cooling system based on heat production characteristic.PCM is use the latent heat of itself to absorb and store heat in very small range of temperature [7].
