The amount of chlorine entering into blast furnace increases and the damage of chlorine on equipments, such as gas pipeline and refractory materials in blast furnace, of iron-making has to been pay attention with the increasing of injection ratio of pulverized coal into blast furnace[1].
The residual materials of burned pulverized coal were collected with ash-collector and atomization water, and then filtered using suction filter and dried in electricity dryer.
The test of ash content in raw pulverized coal and burned residual materials was completed by Tangshan branch of China coal research institute.

We set up the finite element model of the road according to the following assumptions[4,5]: (1)Each layer is composed of homogeneous, elastic, isotropic materials, elastic modulus and Poisson’s ratio coefficient for Ei, μi; (2)Assuming that the soil in the horizontal direction and the downward direction is infinite, thickness of the soil base on each layer structure is limited, but the horizontal direction is infinite; (3)Assuming that vertical uniform load on the road surface, stress and displacement of the infinity and the infinite depths are zero; (4)Contact surface between the layers is completely continuous; the displacement is completely continuous; (5)Regardless of the unit weight of pavement structure; (6)Cement blocks using z-direction constraint, other layers using a fixed constraint.

The wastewater treatment is difficult belong to the complex composition, high concentration and high toxicity, low biodegradability of the pollution [2-3].The selection of adsorbing materials is the development trend of the phosphorus wastewater treatment.
Attached to the activated charcoal pore of chemical compounds such as organic matter, carbon dioxide, water vapor overcome the van der Waals force began stripping, with microwave energy concentration, part attached to the material on the surface of the activated carbon decomposition release gas carbonization appears, and the interior of the activated carbon pore widening, especially the excessive pores, enables the activated carbon to remove more contaminants.
