However, the mechanical properties of heat treatable cast Al-Si-Mg alloys, such as A356, are strongly influenced by the prolonged exposure at high temperature [1].
However, a complete set of data on the C355 high temperature tensile behaviour and on the influence of SDAS on its mechanical properties is lacking.
It is well known that the main factors that affect particle cracking are particle size, particle aspect ratio and the stresses applied on the intermetallic phases.

The mechanical properties and microstructure of the material have been found to play a significant role in the forming of micro-components.
In this work, the effect of mechanical property on the forming of copper micro-pins by the progressive forming process is highlighted.
This phenomenon could have been simply attributed to grain size effect but we believe that this is not conclusive as other factors are also involved.
The prior strain influences the material property which affects the deformation zone development.
More work is therefore needed to elucidate the parameters affecting the pin height after annealing.

As well as being influenced by the input parameters, the microstructure and hence mechanical properties are also affected by the geometry of the component being manufactured, primarily due to the effect this has on the cooling characteristics.
The mechanical properties of these three different variants will be compared, as will the effect of temperature on each of them.
To give an indication of the mechanical properties of the individual build, conventional uniaxial tensile specimens were built alongside the component.

Some important mechanical properties and physical properties, including sliding wear property, electrical conductivity and fusion resistance, were investigated.
Its overall properties meet the requirements of electrical contact materials.
These factors attributed to the dramatic increase of the materials' electrical resistivity when the proportion of the CNT exceeded 8vol. %.

Evolution of IPA over aging time 3.3 Evolution of mechanical properties with various orientations Fig. 4 shows the evolution of the room temperature mechanical properties of the sample over time at 165 ° C under different aging conditions.
It is worth noting that the mechanical properties of the initial material has obvious anisotropic.
The anisotropy of mechanical properties is also attributed to the texture, which will cause different Shmid factors (SF) in various orientations of the sheet.
Precipitation strengthening plays a major role in the aging strengthing, so the size and distribution of the precipitates will directly affect the properties of the material.
Therefore, compared with SFA, the promotion effect of stress on precipitates is not obvious, so there is not much difference in mechanical properties between compression creep ageing and SFA. 4.

Many researchers have studied the effects of heat treating processes on mechanical properties, corrosion and wear resistance of various martensitic stainless steels.
It is crucial to comprehensively understand the role of heat treating processes on the mechanical properties of the steels with a systematic approach.
Many researchers have studied the effects of heat treating processes, especially quenching temperature, quenching time, tempering temperature and tempering time, on mechanical properties.
Wen et al. [3] studied the influences of tempering temperature on the volume fraction of retained austenite and a variety of mechanical properties by holding the quenching temperature constant at 1050 ºC and varying tempering temperature range of 550-750 ºC in order to improve the strength and impact energy of Cr15 super martensitic stainless steel.
ANOVA was used to investigate whether there was statistically significant factor of quench soaking time affecting hardness and impact energy of the heat-treated martensitic stainless steel AISI 440C.

It has been well accepted that the structure is formed during their depositional and the post depositional processes, where complicated impacts such as mechanical, chemical and biological factors are brought into action [1].
Basic physical properties of the test soil were obtained based on the conventional laboratory tests, as shown in Table 1.
According to soil properties in the Table 1, test soil is classified as silty clay.
For undisturbed silty clay, the effect of soil structure is undoubtedly the main factor affecting the undrained shear strength behavior.
The changing in water content and strength with confining stress for undisturbed sample in the post-yield stress state behave like as a reconstituted sample at given initial water content, which imply that water content is a main factor affecting the strength behavior.

In this paper, a 3D-FE model in process of tube bending is built under the ABAQUS/Explicit environment based on the solution of several key techniques, such as contact boundary condition, material properties definition and meshing technology, etc.
However, because tubular materials being hollowed and the factors of multiple nonlinear factors such as material nonlinearity, geometry nonlinearity and boundary condition nonlinearity, the development of its theoretical research is at a relatively slow speed [1, 2].
The idler wheel is presumed to be rigid body so it is not necessary to assign material properties to it, while the tube is deformable body so it must be assigned material properties to model the material response to contact action or load exerted on it.
The material properties are defined by the parameters of density ρ, Young’s modulus Ε, Poisson’s ratio υ and yield strength as showed in Table 1.
The Numerical Analysis Friction is common in plasticity process, its magnitude and orientation is affected by a lot of factors [9].

For the performance of Waterproof adhesive layer material, the shear test and pull-out test are mainly used to evaluate the adhesive properties of different materials [2].
The best waterproof adhesive layer material consumption can be determined by testing [3,4], the relationship of material properties, loading rate and environmental temperature have been investigated [5].
Because the rubber asphalt mixing the rubber powder, it has a good deformability, good adhesion properties, more suitable for bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer requirements.
The mechanical properties of rubber asphalt waterproofing adhesive layer are tested by shear test and pull-out test, to determine the optimum asphalt rubber Spraying volume, and to study factors affecting its performance.
The tensile deformation-stress curve has a multi-stage characteristics and complex mechanical behavior.

The ZL102 can not be heating treated to improve the strength, so the modification of liquid metal before filling is necessary to enhance the mechanical properties of ZL102.
The influences cerium-rich mixed RE on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the ZL102 alloy modified by Sr in this paper.
The factors of the orthogonal experimental were shown in Table 2.
The combination of various factors and test results were shown in Table 3.
Conclusions (1) Among the impacted factors, the amount of RE was the most important than holding time and the amount of Sr.
