Combustion synthesis of V(CN) powders Yunchao Mu1,a, Baoyan Liang1,b 1, Materials & Chemical Engineering School, Zhongyuan University of Technology, Zhengzhou 450007, Henan, P.R.
These materials have been widely used in metallurgy, electronics, catalysts, and so on[1,2].
By using different ratio of C-N precursor to obtain the different ratio of C/N, this method might be suitable for extending studies to synthesize other kind of V(C, N) materials. The further research is in progress.

The applicability of diamond cutting is greatly restricted due to the serious chemical wear for the machining of ferrous materials.
Introduction Due to the characteristics such as high hardness, high thermal conductivity, and ability to form an extremely sharp cutting edge, natural diamond is an ideal tool material for ultra-precision machining and as so far, no alternative materials exist [1].
However, the serious chemical wear of diamond tool for the machining of ferrous materials greatly restricted the applicability of diamond cutting.

The patch antenna was designed with a copper material of thickness 0.038 mm on a FR4 substrate Printed Circuit Board (PCB) thickness (h) of 1.6 mm, with dielectric constant (ϵr) of 4.4.
The micro-strip line is fed with 50-ohms impedance and the whole structure is simulated with an FR4 substrate material of 1.6 mm thickness, relative permittivity εr = 4.4 and loss tangent of 0.02.

The changes in temperature-dependent material properties are used to measure the differences in the response signal’s waveform.
Temperature effects are only considered by aluminum plate material properties changed with temperature (not considering PZT and bonding).

The performance research of different concentrations of methyl adsorption on Si (110) surface Zhengxin Yana, Dongzhi Yanb, Qian Chen, An Gong and Qian Liao College of Science, xi’an university of science and technology, xi’an, China, 710054 azhengxinyan163@163.com, byandongzhi66@163.com Keywords: methyl, Si surface, adsorption, DFT, different concentrations.
Introduction Porous silicon is a new nanometer semiconductor material for molecule adsorption which is due to its great specific surface area and easier to absorb large numbers of outside gas molecules.
Materials basic adsorption, decomposition and parsing mechanism play a vital role in characterization of adsorption performance, in practical, high quality Si epitaxial thin film deposition.
