With the development of materials science and interdisciplinary convergence of disciplines, multi-doped gradually replaced single-doped as the mainstream doping mode due to its application diversity and abundant property of aggregation of each materials [10-12].
But, there is no report on the Co-Ga co-doped in chalcogenid materials.

Linear thermal gradients are then assumed for both materials.
This analysis was used to estimate heating and cooling of the workpieces, as well as nugget penetrations in both substrate materials.

Using constitutive equations of piezoelectric materials and an equation of the single plate’s motion, a matrix of characteristics of the system was obtained.
Introduction A significant increase of smart materials applications in modern technical devices has been noted in recent years.
Piezoelectric materials that are successfully used as components in machine building can be included in this group as well.
