What’s more, due to the increase of the building’s height and the application of light-weight materials, the tall buildings tend to be more flexible and lightly damped, which leads them to be more sensitive to wind effects [1].

Since laser shock processing (LSP) appeared, researchers paid much attention to the effect of hardened various metal materials by LSP, but there was a little attention to the interaction mode between material and shock wave.

However, in materials with low SFE, softening is dominated primarily by recrystallisation.
At the same time, the dislocation density associated with that CA cell drops to that of well-annealed materials.

The performance testing of experimental materials is a costly process in respect of both time and money, especially if we take into account changes in material properties caused by the heat treatment or the effect of a modifier applied during manufacture.

The material model was approximately described by a bilinear stress-strain curve.
The initial slope of the curve was taken as the elastic modulus (E) of the material which was 2.06105MPa.
