This method considers dependent failure of the parts, material strength degradation with increasing load times and uncertainty of load times in micro and macro scopes to explore main factors affecting the system reliability.
As a result , material properties of each gear parts, torques and load times play key parts in reliability of the system. 1 Introduction Reliability analysis and assessment of automobile transmission contributes to developing the transmissions with long life, to cutting down energy consuming, to improving working reliability.
In this paper, a system reliability assessment calculation model is built considering comprehensive factors. 2 Establishment of reliability model of automobile transmission system In order to build system reliability model , firstly structure and working principle of transmission need to be understood.

An experimental correlation was developed to describe the relationship among the relative overall thermal resistance and the relative thermophysical properties.
(6) On the basis of above analysis, it is likely that the surface tension σ, the viscosity μ and the latent heat of vaporization γ may be major factors that affect above forces and thus the thermal performance of FCLPHP.
The overall resistance and the thermophysical properties of the working fluid changed with the heat load.
In order to analyze the impact of these thermophysical properties on thermal performance in detail, a sensitivity analysis was performed.
(3)The surface tension, viscosity and latent heat of evaporation were found to be the main properties which affect above forces and thus the thermal performance of FCLPHP

Study of Micro-Mechanical properties of Alloyed Surface with TiNi Layer Considering Shape Memory Effect Zh.M.
This can be achieved using the properties of shape memory alloys and developed alloying technology [2, 3].
Already developed technologies for surface modification [4] and doping technology welds materials with SME to improve functional and mechanical properties of materials [5,6].
In certain modes of the plastic deformation, not only the alignment of the mechanical properties of welded joints and their approximation to the properties of the parent metal occurs, but also the grain orientation directions, the most advantageous with the cyclic axial loads.
Plastic deformation modes also affect the functional properties of the compound.

The difference in microstructure features of the cell walls will also make the aluminum foams different in mechanical properties.
In the past period of time, a lot of researchers have focused on the issues of porosity and pore structure characteristics of aluminum foams, which are decisive factors in their mechanical property, acoustic property and thermal property [4-5].
The thickness of cell wall is considered to be one of the most important parameters to determine the mechanical properties of aluminum foam.
In recent years, the influence of element type, element content, particle type, mean size of particles and other affecting factors on the thickness of cell wall has been studied deeply by some researchers [9-10].
It, in essence, presents in the microstructure as an inclusion, posing a detrimental effect to mechanical properties of materials.

The temperature influenced the mechanical and physical properties of material.
A distinct loss in mechanical properties was reported after heating to 6000C.
On the other hand, burning or giving the temperature more on concrete will decrease the properties and ability of concrete especially on mechanical properties of concrete.
Indeed, carbonation is one of the major factors to cause structure deterioration.
Factors affecting diffusion rate include the type and amount of cement, porosity of the material, time of curing, type and quantity of pozzolanic additions.

By replacing the interface with sharp change properties with a functionally graded material with a gradually changing composition, a stable interface can be formed for mechanical and functional properties.
These factors affect the change in the segmentation velocity.
Introduction A functional gradient material is a material that has acquired new functions by continuously changing the interface between dissimilar materials or by utilizing the heterogeneity within the material, thereby possessing properties that were previously difficult to achieve simultaneously.
However, there is a lack of knowledge about the various influencing factors related to the formation of the reinforcing particle layer, and a detailed investigation is necessary for practical use.
The following factors are thought to be responsible for these differences. 1.

According to above mentioned, there is no commercial slurry for chemical mechanical polishing SiC crystal substrate, and also there is no a set of complete chemical mechanical polishing process.
Two surfaces have different the chemical and physical properties, and will have different slurry ingredients.
Polishing pressure, P, is an important factor to affect the MRR of SiC CMP.
The change of the polishing pressure will change the mechanical action, the chemical action and the interaction of the polishing system, so it will affect the material removal rate of the wafer surface.
Conclusion According to the experimental results analysis, the influence of various factors on the MRR of SiC substrate surface was obtained.

Introduction The failure of adhesive joints depends on many factors such as specimen geometries, material properties of adhesive and adherend, surface preparation, environmental test condition, and etc.
Among them, the adhesive properties can be considered as the most dominating factor affecting failure strength.
The adhesive strength obtained has a high relationship with the mechanical properties of the adhesive.
The different adherend thickness also induces constraint effects by affecting on plastic deformation in the adhesive layer.

The specific critical depth of cut apI is given and the main influencing factors of burrs are obtained.
The main factors affecting burr formation in milling include the physical mechanical property of work material, shape of end of workpiece, cutting parameters and cutter geometry, etc.
They have many special properties as follows.
So workpiece with burr produced has to be deburred, and time of the deburring work is long and it often becomes one of the factors which reduce machining productivity, and increase the cutting cost of workpiece.
The main factors to affect burr formation in milling are workpiece material, cutter geometry, cutting parameters, and shape of end of workpiece, etc.. 3.

Mechanical Abrasion Action.
Therefore, the chamber surface temperature of reaction heat is not much affected.
First, to improve the properties of the chromium layer and find soft chromium plating processes with the certain capacity of deformation and a dense layer, such as chromium plating processes of white soft chrome plus A-type additive, which make the chromium layer has high strength, density, crack-free and relatively soft.
Third, to control the various factors affect the life of chromium layer, such as chromium layer after laser treatment can make the coat microstructure from columnar grain into the equiaxed grain which reduce the cracks and porosity.
