The experimental driving platform is NPX25A Nanometer positioning platform, it is a closed loop and monopodium Nanometer locator with 25 Run Internet deals.The driving voltage signal is required by the function generator, amplified by the amplifier and send to the piezoelectric material.
Due to the inverse piezoelectric effect of the piezoelectric material [7], the piezoelectric material produces a relatively large deflection displacement detected by the laser displacement sensor, collect the input voltage and displacement deflection using the data acquisition card, and they are simultaneously fed into the computer for processing.

By the theory of semiconductor physics, the band gap of most semiconductor materials will decrease with rising temperature.
Temperature changed in 250 K to 350 K process, the band gap materials of GaAs without AlN film decreased from 1.4246 eV to 1.3844 eV, decrease of 0.0402 eV, although this value was very small, then it was converted to a light wavelength, in fact the wavelength changed from 870.42 nm to 895.68 nm, wavelength was" redshift" of 25.2 nm, the average mobile speed was 2.52 nm / K.

For production of aircraft components, titanium and its alloys are materials of interest due to their excellent properties such as high specific strength, toughness, corrosion resistance and fatigue behavior (Fig. 1).
In the past, ISF was usually used for processing of low-strength materials with high formability such as aluminum and mild steel grades.
Hence, materials formability must be analyzed on parts produced under real processing conditions.
