There are many and complex factors that can influence the grouting pressure, but they can be summarized in three aspects: grouting machine, grouting materials and the proprieties of strata [3].
And the grouting pressure formed by cement grout is higher than that formed by polymer chemical grout; the effects of grouting pumps, grouting materials and conditions of rock mass on the grouting pressure are the result of interaction of the three but not purely the power of grouting pumps; however, the references just qualitatively explains the factors influencing the grouting pressure and the law of grouting pressure variation, failing to draw the physical relationship between grouting pumps, grouting materials and proprieties of rock mass.
To get an ideal grouting effect in the case of grouting the same material in the rock with poor groutability, we can use the grouting pump whose flow rate is low or reduce the flow of grouting pump

Materials cost estimation algorithm modules selects raw materials according to parts size and structure of the product preliminary design, access the relevant parameters from database and calculate raw material costs.
System Application Use C6140 ordinary lathe to process a stepped shaft, materials for 45 steel, structure size as shown in figure 1 below.
According to the structure size in figure 1 , The raw material parameter’s selection: material diameter is 63mm, length is 252mm.The calculation results of raw material cost is shown in figure 2.

In the nonlinear analysis of concrete structures, the nature and characteristics of the concrete material is material inhomogeneity, and its working mechanism is characterized by the presence of micro-cracks and constitute a larger macro-cracks, resulting in concrete along with the development of structural damage.
Using ANSYS software comes with William-Warnke five-parameter failure criterion, multi- linear isotropic hardening model (M150), this failure criterion can better predict the destruction of concrete materials.
