Lowering holding temperature resulted in fine carbide generation and reduction of the row spacing.
The decrease in elongation is caused by the reduction of the uniform-elongation.
The calculation result is suitable for the experimental data in Fig. 4.
This can cause the difference between experimental data for small carbides which precipitated at lower temperatures and the calculation result in Fig.4.

Substitute oxygen reduction reaction for hydrogen evolution reaction can reduce energy consumption, avoid acid mist, improve working environment, as well as reduce hidden danger.
The reason is the difference of equilibrium electrode potential between hydrogen evolution reaction (2H++2e-→H2↑, E2=0V) and oxygen reduction reaction (O2+4H++4e=2H2O, E2=+1.229V).
Based on the data obtained, a cell voltage of 1.2 V and a current efficiency of 95% are found to be optimal for the cell reaction.
Therefore, there is an optimum temperature of oxygen reduction reaction of GDE, which has the best electro-catalytic activity at 80°C in this electrolytic system.

Approach A quantitative research based on data collection of the variables as potential of hydrogen, total dissolved solids, turbidity, temperature and oxidation-reduction potential collected by the sensor network.
• ThingSpeak: It is an online platform which allows users to store data in the cloud, visualize the data and perform data analysis within the online site
These components are deployed directly within the water bodies or monitoring points to capture real-time data on crucial parameters such as pH levels, total dissolved solids, turbidity, temperature and oxidation reduction potential.
Cloud Layer Data Collection and Machine Learning Evaluation • Data Collection: We ensured that data was sent to ThingSpeak by guaranteeing the microcontroller an access point to upload data to the cloud
For data processing, the data is sent from the module to the ESP32 with serial communication (UART).

Rough Set Theory Rough set theory is an excellent tool for handling incomplete and inconsistent data.
Under the condition of unchanged classification abilities, attribute reduction is to delete irrelative or unimportant knowledge.
The property data represents risk investment projects is regarded as a information of the research object, where risk investment projects have m indexes (columns), namely the property value set has n risk investment projects.
Step 2, Discredited of information table data, we get the total index A as well as all sets of each properties.
And finally, the data is verified to show the excellent performance of the model.

In the present study, a mathematical model for ironing in deep drawing is developed. 10% and 25% reductions are given to the sheet thickness and the results of the developed model are compared with the experimental data. 2.EXPERIMENTATION In the present paper the two processes of deep drawing namely warm deep drawing and Hydro mechanical deep drawing are compared with properties, i.e., Limiting draw ratio and punch load during forming operation.
A Data acquisition system, which is connected to the press, obtains inputs like punch travel, load applied on the blank, blank holding pressure from the press and is connected to the computer, where it directly outputs plots like variation of load with displacement and blank holding pressure with displacement.
The lubrication used for the reduction of friction between die and punch assembly is Molycote.
The predictions for higher oil gaps were not in agreement with the experimental data due to the fact that the data that was used to network has been collected from the experiments only at low oil gaps.
Fig. 7: Punch load Vs displacement graph from the data acquisition system at different blank temperature of 60 mm diameter blank with 25% reduction in thickness Fig. 6: Punch load Vs displacement graph from the data acquisition system at different blank temperatures with 65 mm blank diameters and 10% reduction in thickness Fig. 8 Comparison of thickness of 62 mm diameter blank Fig. 9: Comparison of 62mm diameter blank at 2000C for 10% and 25% reduction theoretical and experimental at 2000C and 4000C As it can be observed from Fig. 8 that almost similar trends were predicted in simulation as compared to the experimental findings.

It is supposed that more frequent pins location leads to reduction of composite strength.
Relative reduction of ultimate strength of specimens without opening belongs to the range of 14.5-47.5% (Fig. 4, a) and relative reduction of ultimate strength of specimens having central concentrator such as opening is 14.0-40.7% (Fig. 4, b).
All preparation procedures and test data processing were performed in accordance with ASTM [10-11].
Depending on plate thickness and quantity of pins used the degree of longitudinal tension strength reduction is within the range of 14-47%.

As the step free energy decreases with the reduction of PO2, it was possible to observe the change in growth behavior with the reduction of the step free energy.
These changes in growth behavior with PO2 and the step free energy reduction are explained in terms of the change in the critical driving force for appreciable growth relative to the maximum driving force for grain growth.
The plot in Fig. 7 of the cube of average grain size vs. sintering time confirms that the data follows the cubic law of diffusion-controlled grain growth.
Conclusion With a reduction in step free energy in BaTiO3-10SiO2 (mole %), which was achieved by reducing oxygen partial pressure from 0.2 atm to 10 -24 atm, the growth behavior of BaTiO3 grains in liquid SiO2 changed from stagnant, abnormal to normal.

Input data for FEM plasticity modelling is true strain true stress curve.
The data behind ultimate strength are necessary to calibrate by the help of Bridgman, MLR correction or trial & error method.
Reduction of the cross section for large plastic deformation happens in the forward cold extrusion of long products.
Multistage extrusion is very dangerous, because there is an accumulation of damage during each reduction.
The experience shows that good correlation between predicted fracture behaviour and real experimental data can be achieved.

After asphalt powder modification, there is a little change in asphalt content, mainly embodied in the increase of aromatics and colloid and the reduction of saturate.
Seen from the changes in asphalt composition, the reduction of saturates is related to swelling due to the absorption of light component.

The peak intensity of rubber asphalt within the range of 675 cm-1-870cm-1 is slightly lower than original asphalt and this is probably related to the reduction of saturates in the rubber asphalt.

Those data are quite necessary to execute costs and returns account of thermal power plant construction and energy saving reconstruction.
The openings of inlet baffles are shown as figure 3, which are statistical average data.
The electric current reductions demonstrate that the hydraulic coupler is better than inlet baffle for energy conservation.
Figure 5 shows the reductions of electric currents (di,o) and pressure head (dp), due to this optimization.
Figure 8 predicts that the air fan motor electric current reduction (di,u) due to driver upgrading, substituting hydraulic coupler for variable-frequency drive.
