The size reduction of the primary silicon crystals and their uniform distribution in the aluminum matrix has become the main issue for increasing the area of use of AlSi cast alloys.
Analysis of Fig. 1 and the data summarized in Table 1 shows that the most coarse-grained structure was obtained for the unmodified alloy, cast to ATD probe (sample 1),in which the average area of the silicon surface reach the value of 4317 μm2, the number of silicon precipitates per one mm2 was 9, and the shape factor amounted only 0.39.
A significant reduction of the average surface area of the primary silicon crystals was observed for the samples cast into the graphite mold, with an addition of modifier.
Achieved average area of silicon crystal was approximately 540 μm2, which represents more than sevenfold reduction in size of the silicon crystals in relation to the unmodified silumin (sample 5).
The use of coolant in the form of liquid nitrogen resulted in a further reduction in size of the Si crystals to about 435 μm2, which was a reduction of the surface by about 20% compared to the sample without coolant.

Detailed data of mix is presented in Table 2.
The validity of the data shown in Table 4 is based on the simplifying assumption that the specimen is failure when the first through crack appears.
The data was obtained under the different number of hammer impact.

But the “lapped effect” of fiber can’t play significant effect if more fibers were added, and flaw of mortar may be increased because of too much fiber, this has been valid by the data from PF2 and PF3.

A personal computer is used to process the data from the oscilloscope.
To fit the experimental data with the theoretical model, the bulk TC of silicon substrate and the bulk density and specific heat of the gold layer are used.
Fig. 2 shows the normalized measured data and fitting results of sample #4.

Firstly, According to the physical means of the medical data, the data field is preprocessed to speed up succeed processing.
Although the segmentation of 3D medical data field is very difficult, it is one of the key technologies for data field processing and system analysis and understanding, and an extremely important step of data field visualization.
It can be said that the realization of 3D visualization of the medical data field is to carry on correct and reasonable segmentation[1] of the image data at first.
The clustering process is to make continuous classification of the data objects containing several attributes by the clustering algorithm automatically, and the data is cut into several classes by the identification of the data characteristics.
Therefore, the difference of adjacent data has a certain meaning while the absolute value of each data is of no importance in the data field.

The effect of the heat treatment on both the catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) and the properties of ZrOxNy has been examined.
The difference of the current between under O2 atmosphere and under N2 atmosphere (iO2-iN2) was assumed to be oxygen reduction current (iORR).
The oxidation and the reduction charge of the CV were 207 and 203 μC cm -2 respectively, implying that there was no one side reaction.
In addition, no specific oxidation or reduction current peak in the CVs was observed.

According to the data of field test, not all the noise is focused on the range of working frequency, but much higher than work necessary frequency.
The noise's measured value of vibrating conveyor and the noise's measured data of spectrum analysis are shown in Table 1, 2 and Fig.1 respectively.
Table 1 The noise's measured value of vibrating conveyor(dB) Table 2 The noise's measured data of spectrum analysis(dB) Fig.1 The noise frequency multiplication process curve of vibrating conveyor By analyzing the measured data, it can be seen that the noise frequency spectrum of vibrating conveyor is wider.
Afterwards, put the vibration response data obtained by finite element calculation of vibration slot surface into boundary element model, and project the data onto the boundary element grid.
Damping vibration and noise reduction technology is one of the effective methods of controlling vibration and noise.

Reducing the cost of the disposition of these trimmings and a reduction of waste to landfill are the primary motivations for this work.
By spring the system was operational and test data was generated for the processor.
The scope of this capstone project would be constrained to designing a mechanical (not chemical) recycling/reduction system.

High reduction temperature and the problem of sintering of Ceria are expected to reduce its catalytic activity.
The OSC of the catalysts can be measured using Temperature Programming Reduction (TPR) technique, pulse injection technique and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).
A small deviation from the standard JCPDS data showed that ZrO2 was inserted into the Ceria lattice.
The Ce0.5Ze0.5O2 (CZ-2) revealed the tetragonal phase and it is well matched with JCPDS 038-1436 data.

The results of the dynamics of heating, melting, crystallization and plasma formation processes are well described by simulation data.
The present report compares the investigation results of the dynamics of phase transitions (amorphous-melt-crystal) with the computer simulation data.
This reduction is connected with poor thermal contact due to low wetting of the melt and substrate.
Probably it is related to the reduction of thermal contact between film and substrate during full melting of the film.
Dots correspond to experimental data, dash lines – calculated data.
