Effect of Calcination temperature on the structure and electrochemical performance of LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 Lin Zhang 1.a, Fei Luo 1, Jian-hua Wang1 and Yu-zhong Guo1,b 1 School of Materials Science and Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming 650093,Yunnan Province, China a376590841@qq.com, byzguocn62@sina.com (corresponding author) Keywords: Lithium ion battery; Cathode material; LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2; Reaction temperature Abstract.
Experiment LiNi0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 was synthesized using NiSO4·6H2O,CoSO4·7H2O,MnSO4·H2O and LiOH·H2O as the starting materials.
When the I (003)/I(104) ratio >1.2, the materials have a good layered structure with small cation mixing.
In XRD patterns, the splitting of (006) /(102) peak and (108) /(110) peak are regarded as the indications of characteristic of layered structure materials.

When the synthesized iron decorated composite was exposed between 10% and 97% RH, the electrical resistance decreased, which is attributed to the polarization process affecting electrical conductivity within these materials.
INTRODUCTION Nanoscience and nanotechnology advancements have also led to the emergence of novel materials, which have the potential to worsen environmental and health risks.
EXPERIMENTAL 2.1 Materials: All of the chemical reagents used in this study were of AR grade.
