A series of micro-grinding experiments were done with several kinds of commonly used metal materials in the paper, and the influence of different grinding factors on the surface quality of the work-piece was discussed.
A series of wet and side micro-grinding experiments were done with different metal materials.
The surface roughness of Al6061 is larger than other materials, and the maximum surface roughness can reach 1.178μm.

Improving the optical response of tellurite glasses via controlled doping of rare earth is the key issue in lasing materials.

The increase in EUrb from 0.226 to 0.308 eV with the increase of Eu3+ concentration is ascribed to the lack of crystalline long range order in glassy materials [18].
