High dielectric constant (High-k) materials will be a commendable candidate to solve this problem [2, 3].
With tremendous efforts to the development of high k gate dielectrics, the application of high-k gate dielectric materials for CMOS have presented exciting device performance.
A promising high-k dielectric material is La2O3.

Ultra-fine grained (UFG), i.e. sub-micrometer grained, bulk materials are so attractive in market since the mechanical and physical properties distinguish UFG materials from conventional coarse-grained materials.
Usually, UFG metallic materials tend to show high strength while maintaining toughness and ductility.
This is why ECAP has been thought as one of the most powerful methods to obtain UFG metallic materials [3].

In these regards, the sealants should exhibit good adhesion properties with the construction materials to assure the watertight state, the safety and serviceability of constructions [1].
Experimental Materials A two-component room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber (RTV-2) sealant was formulated.
It is commonly used to significantly increase the bond strength and durability by providing the chemical bridge to connect the inorganic material (especially silicon-containing materials) and resin [2-4].

Both glulam timber and compressed wood are modelled as orthotropic linear elastic materials in tension, and as elasto-plastic materials in compression in the embedding areas.
Finite element modelling and material properties 2.1.
Orthotropic elastic material properties for glulam are listed as follows.
