Take commonly used materials Cr12MoV for automobile panel mold as object of study, using the finite element simulation software ABAQUS, take the node displacement direction as the criterion of the chip formation, determine the minimum cutting thickness of Cr12MoV materials under different tool edge radius values, this value is determined to selection and optimization of mold steel milling finishing machining allowance provides a theoretical basis.

Abstract : Low cost composite materials are widely used in civil and structural engineering
applications.
The composite research centre of the University of Southern Queensland developed projects for creating new materials suitable for civil and structural engineering applications.
Materials The resin used is Hyrez 201, part 'A' of the centre-developed epoxy resin, Hyrez 202.
Polymeric materials, which are viscoelastic in nature, are subject to time, frequency and temperature effects on mechanical properties which can be analysed by this method.

Some low-dimensional materials generally have abundant chemical groups and reaction activities.
Among so many hot-fields materials, graphene and its nanocomposite are developed rapidly.
Xie and co-workes [54]enhanced the targeted fluorescence imaging by 2D materials.
Experimental Details Materials.
It would provided a simple approach to develop some new functional materials based the existing materials utilizing the surface chemical groups.

Metal surfaces modification with capping agents can provide strong plasmonic properties and improve the specific contact between target molecules and materials by eliminate the binding of undesired molecules or surfactants.
Thus, the highest resonance intensity is determined by the surrounding media and by the particle size, shape, and properties of materials in nanoplatform.
Therefore, we can undoubtedly state that the recent advances in the chemical design of nanostructured materials have opened the way toward generalized SERS detection, which will ultimately reach the marketplace and compete or even replace current detection methods.
