As a widely used technique for producing holes in hard-to-machine metals, electrochemical
drilling process (ECD) is capable of boring any electrically conductive materials with relative high
stock removal rates regardless of their mechanical properties, such as hardness, elasticity and
brittleness [1,2,3,4].
