The flip-chip specimen was taken and the Moiré Interferometry was used as
methodology to verify the developed Finite Element Model and material property.
Also, lead/lead-free solder materials were applied to FE model to improve the reliability of SIP package.

It is important to note that material properties, geometry parameters and applied loads of the structure are assumed to be normal random variables.
When geometry parameters, material properties and applied loads are subject to normal random variables, reliability optimization design of the gear box is presented.
It is defined as f(x)=πb1(mz–d)ρ+πb1(mz– d)ρ +πb2(mz– d)ρ+πb2(mz– d)ρ +πb2(mz– d)ρ+πb2(mz– d)ρ +πb2(mz– d)ρ+πb2(mz– d)ρ +πb3(mz– d)ρ+πb3(mz– d)ρ +πb4(mz– d)ρ+πb4(mz– d)ρ +πdl1ρ+πdl2ρ+πdl3ρ+πdl4ρ (1) where, The is the material density.

Since the cellulose molecule has a dense structure that it is difficult to be fully utilized or directly conversed and utilized by other most microorganisms as a carbon resource [7].The purpose of this study is that separating and screening cellulose-decomposing thermophilic microorganisms from undigested dewatered sludge, simulating bio-drying conditions of high temperature period, to explore the effect of advantage thermophilic endogenous microorganisms for bio-drying.
