Achieving such high tolerances is a highly complex problem due to the number and nature of the processes required, the properties of the often hard to machine materials and the properties of the equipment (machine tool, cutting tool, fixturing devices).
Several approaches have been proposed to address the goal of consistent part production that conforms to tight specifications, with each approach focusing on different aspects of the involved equipment, processes and materials system.
Typically, extensive experimental studies are considered as inefficient as they require expensive materials and equipment, both for machining and post-process metrological analysis.

For improving contact strength of the thick-walled cellular solid with irregular pores structures, which is used in high temperature self-compensating lubricating environment, a concept of relative porosity ratio αi was proposed to describe the proportion of the porosity φi of the each shape pores in the materials to the total porosity φ of the materials.
The cracks phenomenon of the materials was also observed by experiments.
Especially when the materials are used in tribology, the contact strength affects their wear resistant strongly.

Introduction
Nanotechnology usually combines chemistry, materials science, engineering and physics to provide new materials, the resulting material are normally multi-functional, and which have potential applications in biology, medicine, information technology and environmental science [1-2].
Studies on magnetic nanocomposite materials, especially the core/shell structure magnetic materials, are of great interest for both fundamental magnetic investigation and engineering application [4-5].
