Therefore, LFW has been widely used to join a range of materials including intermetallic materials, steel, aluminum, copper, nickel and titanium alloys with the greatest emphasis on aircraft engine alloys [1].
As shown in Fig. 3(c), flash distributes disorderly and does not enclose the weld line, which may result in not extruding oxidized material completely.

The experiment material is GCr15 bearing steel.
GCr15 bearing steel hardened to HRC 50~65 is classified as difficult-to-cut materials.
Components made of such materials, such as bearings and shafts due to improved strength and wear resistance compared with other metals, are traditionally machined by grinding.

This was done by removing a thin layer of material on the piston crown by surface grinding operation and introducing three chambers in the piston crown in such a way that the volume of the material added balances the volume of material removed so that the compression ratio of the engine is not altered in any way.
This has been done by removing a thin layer of material on the piston crown by surface grinding operation.
The welded rod is then inserted through the hole drilled at the centre of piston in the piston crown in such a way that the volume of the material removed balances the volume of material added so that the compression ratio of the engine is not altered in any way.

The composition(Table1)[4]of the concrete are diverse ingredients and a variety of materials, the thermal expansion coefficient(Table2)[5]and shrinkage of a different nature.
Cracks in concrete material is inevitable, which is cement based materials congenital defects. 1.2 The category of the non longitudinal cracks in concrete structure Concrete structures during the construction and use, because the quality of materials, construction technology, environmental conditions and loads all may make the structure surface appear the visible non longitudinal cracks.
