The most commonly used phantom materials are silicone, gelatin, agar, PVC material and so on [1-3].
So this article preferred gelatin as the phantom material and measured its mechanical properties.
Acquisition of Test Material In these experiments, the gelatin were powdered into the boiling water in accordance with the ratio of 1:10, keeping mixing until it became smooth, and then poured into mold, allowed to stand for 12 hours, finally the phantom material could be gotten.

Its biggest advantage is applied to nonlinear, heterogeneity and complexity of the border and other issues. It has no special requirements of the shape of slope and composition uniformity of materials. It can be used in continuous and discontinuous medias, but due to geotechnical slope body structure is complex, it’s difficult to obtain the parameters.Of course there are some limitations, and it’s still in the development, improvement and further exploration.

Water is the most important composition of the material life, water cut dead insects and live insect rate is different, so the moisture content of pests in agriculture is an important parameter in the detection of dead insects, and live insects.
Absorption and reflection of each kind of material are different, for electromagnetic waves of different wavelengths.
