Analysis Model and Material properties
In order to research influencing factors of stability of hole wall, a quarter three dimensional finite element model was built in ANSYS and an axial symmetry finite element model was built in ADINA.
Table 1 lists the material properties of formations in seasonal frozen ground in Gannan.

Structure simulation and numerical calculation
The vibration free-free beam size is 50mm×4.1mm×4.12mm, material of Nickel alloy and CrMnNiMo are used in the design, and the piezoelectricity sheet size is 16.42mm×3.8mm×0.22mm.

And the EBSD method is not only keeping the advantages of scanning electron microscope but also skilled in detailed crystallography data providing which can be used for quantitative analysis of microstructure.
2 Materials and methods
2.1 Sample collection
A quantity of PMMs and OMMs of copper wires were obtained from different electrical fire circumstances with the assistance of the police.
2.2 Experimental process
The obtained PMMs and OMMs were inlayed into resin, grinded, polished with an automatic mechanical polisher and a vibration polisher, and then etched with an ion etching machine to achieve smooth unstressed surface.
