Among the TCO´s, thin films of In2O3 and SnO2 are materials of interest for applications in photovoltaics among others [3-10].
Therefore, characterization of this type of systems is an important issue because of its possible impact in materials research.
The metal induced gap states (MIGS) at the interface opens up a new window for the design of intelligent materials.

Fiber-reinforced concrete is a sort of composite material based on concrete, which is used widely in bridge, road surface and buildings and other civil engineering with the advantage of strengthen[2] , toughness, cracks resistance, shock resistance. [3,4]
However, there is seldom study on the fiber-reinforced concrete used in tunnel ling sesmic resistance,so it is necessarily to study FRC sesmic behaviour applicated in tunnel ling sesmic resistance.
Mix match cellulose fiber PF-2000 Test material include Harbin silicate cement P032.5, normal water standard sand and fiber.
(4)Fiber concrete lining strain-time curve is sawtooth partly. And it’s vibration reponse is a little lagger than that of plain concrete. It indicats that kinematic velocity of concrete granule is decreased and sesmic energe is absorbed by fiber cohesive force, then frequence amplitude can be reduced. So fiber concrete can be proved as a fine anti-seismic material.

Experimental
Starting powders including aluminum (99.5 wt. %, 74 µm), titanium (99.5 wt. %, 53 µm), and amorphous carbon black (98 wt. %, ≤ 100 nm) were used as starting materials for synthesizing the Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC2 materials.
It is noticed that the relative peak densities of TiAlx and Ti3AlC2 increase with the increasing Al content in the initial materials.
The results of EDS (Fig. 5) also confirm that the as-synthesized materials are highly pure Ti2AlC and Ti3AlC2 when x=1.5 and x=1, respectively.
