At present, an actively developed direction in the field of materials science for high-strength alloys for various purposes is the production of alloys with a highly disperse grain structure by treating them with the methods of intense plastic deformation [3, 4].

The machining accuracy and efficiency of helical gear are not only closely related with the cutting tool materials, parameters, coating processes, accuracy class and rigid; fixture location, accuracy and rigidity; gear blank’s material, hardness, precision and rigidity, but also with the selection of cutting parameters and the selection of cutting fluid.

On one hand, the group-III nitrides are strong polarity materials, leading to the spontaneous polarization electric field; on the other hand, a certain degree of strain originating from the lattice mismatch between the well and barrier also causes the piezoelectric field.
