Abstract.
Introduction Highlighted with its advantage of convenience, low energy consumption and sanitation, low temperature floor radiate heating system has been favored and been used in most heating areas since its introduction in mid 80’s.As an assistant heating measure for public construction in the right beginning, it has developed into a most popular heating system intended for both industrial and civil purposes.
The main consideration is that it can guarantee high enough water temperature and avoid impulsion to civil energy supply network. 4.2 Notice .(1)In big area, to ensure heating efficiency admixture connection set can be used if heating area is small.
(2)Single energy resource and high temperature heat-exchanger rig are recommended for big room to avoid impact on civil energy supply network.

The material produced could be used in the manufacture of lighter concrete blocks, compared to those without the waste, and the blocks could be used in civil construction.
Although the samples presented lower compressive strength when they contained EVA, the level of resistance was still acceptable and complied with the Brazilian standard for production of non-structural concrete blocks for use in civil construction.

But for textile workshop, the average space occupied by a workshop person is far greater than the average space occupied by a person of civil construction.
Due to the research about minimum fresh air of civil air conditioning has very mature, so the fresh air volume designed by the workshop participants is slants small obviously.
Due to the research on the minimum fresh air needed in the civil architecture is more mature, through study indoor air fresh degree of civil building, can analogy out the indoor air fresh degree of textile workshop.
