Introduction In engineering application,the type of materials accumulated plastic deformation phenomenon under the stess which is less than the yield limit with long time constant temperature is defined creep[1].But the research found that the macro plastic cumulative deformation will occur under the repeated impact with the stess which is far less than materials yield limit(about 1/10 ~1/3 of material yield limit).
This research has important significance for some components in this condition.It will be benefit for selection of component materials, failure to prevent and improving the reliability of system[2].
Low stress repeated impact deformation is a fairly complex deformation.Based on the orthogonal analysis, the literature [4]found that the characteristic of materials and the material level were the main influence factors of material deformation under repeated impact with certain stress and certain impact times.So the paper make a hypothesis of the strain rate function of repeated impact creep
