In order to clear the timeliness issues of metal magnetic memory signal value after unloading, we conduct some static tension experiments on some specimens in materials of KMN, which is commonly used in centrifugal compressors?
Experimental system 2.1 Experimental equipment This study chooses the specimen material KMN which is commonly used for centrifugal compressor.
According to the theory of ferromagnetic, the internal interaction energy of ferromagnetic material under the room temperature mainly includes: magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy EK, magneto-elastic energy associated with the magneto-striction Ems and elastic energy only caused by deformation Ee1[4].
Acknowledgments The study was supported by the National Key Basic Research Special Foundation of China (No. 2011CB013401) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.51375074).

In the aeronautical and aerospace industries there is a great demand of materials with high resistance and low weight such as the aluminium alloys for the production of different elements that conforms the airships and aerospace vehicles.
Among them, it is possible to remark removal material processes such as drilling or turning [2].
Methodology This investigation is framed within a series of studies in which different materials, types of tools, cutting conditions and duration of tests are involved.

Abstract.
Super elastic material non-linear.
Generally speaking, cracks are easily appeared to materials in areas with bigger Von Mises stress value, because big Von Mises stress will accelerate relaxation of rubber material, which leads to decrease of rigidity.
