The latter was apparently caused by several factors, such as a marked reduction in the density and cell size, and an increase in the content of closed cells in composite foams compared with that in the neat ones.
The results discussed suggest that the introduction of nanocellulose fillers generally has a beneficial effect on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of rigid low-density PU foams.
It should also be noted that the modification by a nanofiller may cause a variation in the density of free-rise foams, which itself affects their mechanical properties and has to be taken into account when evaluating the efficiency of reinforcement [9].
Rigid PU foams were synthesized using polyols derived from ethanol organosolv lignin, and the effect of CNC reinforcement of 0, 1, and 5 wt.% on foam properties was studied in [5].

The factors which can affect its performances are complex and diversity.
The properties are shown in Tab. 1.
To further explore the relationship between macroscopic properties and microstructures of the modified asphalt, these images were quantified by using the image analysis software.
Total area (or area percentage) and the shape factor are suitable to reflect the mechanical behavior of modified asphalts behavior.

Then the mechanics properties and stress distribution in working condition for the original connection fit are calculated and analyzed.
Introduction The work environment of aviation pipe connection fit is extremely complex and rigorous, which will be damaged under the comprehensive influence of complex stress, vibration, hydraulic shock and temperature, thus affecting the reliability of aviation product[1].
The pipe connection fit is in mechanics a mechanical connection component with multi-body and multi-contact with complicated contact state and mechanics properties.
There needs to improve the structure to reduce the maximum stress and gain a better mechanics properties.
Meanwhile, the mechanics properties of the improved connect fit were obtained by the FEM analysis.

The current local stability criteria (KBC2009, AISC2010) are enacted through theoretical and experimental studies of ordinary steels, but the mechanical properties of high strength steels are different from ordinary steels.
The ordinary steel and high strength steels are different of the mechanical properties.
(2) The strength of the H-shaped cross-section with strength reduction factor in the flange (Qs) is Eq. 4[3,6,7], as the thickness ratio of the web (bw / tw) to affect the interaction of the slenderness ratio (λf) is Eq. 3[3,6,7].
In result, the reduction factor of SM570TMC specimens all meets current local stability criteria.
In conclusion, The TMC(Thermo Mechanical Control) shown a great help for concentric loading.

Silica fume (SF) from OFZ, Istebné was used for increasing mechanical properties as well as durability of hardened concrete.
Mechanical properties of hardened HPC.
Usage of local aggregate with inadequate mechanical properties influences on modulus of elasticity of concrete at most.
Used SCMs (silica fume and fly ash) improved also both mechanical properties and durability of prepared HPC.
Carré, Mechanical properties of high performance self-compacting concretes at room and high temperature, Constr.

Experiment
Chemical composition and properties of the water atomization iron powder are showed in Table 1.
Affecting Factors in Warm Compaction.
There are many factors affecting warm compaction.
The orthogonal test result show that the degree of influential sequence of the 5 factors on the compact density from high to low is: A>D>B>E>C.
Ejection force is related to compacting pressure, powder properties, density and dimension of compact, mould design and lubricant's properties etc.

Using this process the complex 3D objects with gradient mechanical properties are manufactured from metal powders.
SLM process ensures manufacturing of parts with relatively high accuracy matching CAD-created model, relatively good surface condition and comparatively good mechanical properties [2].
Selective laser melting process as any other process has wide range of input factors and output parameters affecting functionality of final article.
Among set of input factors we may outline the following factors which control: laser power, scanning speed, scanning interval (laser beam shift pitch at layer segment hatching), scanning strategy, powder layer thickness and also powder physic-chemical properties etc. [5] (Fig.4).
Properties of final article made using SLM process depend upon properties of each track and each separate layer as well as bond strength between them.

The parameters of mould filling are of great importance to the end result especially when considering factors such as warpage (orientation effects) and surface finish (skin formation).
Filling dynamics are also thought to be the major factor in affecting the levels of residual stress [15-18].
Injection speeds that are too high can cause jetting and degradation and thus affect mechanical properties.
Therefore any change in chain length will affect: · Molecular weight and viscosity · Tensile and impact properties.
They are characterized by a combination of excellent mechanical resistance, glasslike transparency, excellent dimensional stability, thermal resistance and good electrical properties.

Nanocomposites of adjusted multi walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) installed in a polymer matrix yield a one of a kind mix of warm and electrical properties and mechanical quality.
Properties of MWNTs MWNTs have fantastic properties and are being utilized in a substantial number of business applications [3].
Significant picks up in the mechanical properties of the two films and filaments might be normal after making upgrades to the interfacial holding between the MWNTs and the polymer framework [12].
The distinguishing proof of MWNTs as polymers is precise, useful, also, essential for explore advance for MWNT applications, especially those that exploit MWNTs' unbending nature and great mechanical properties.

The geometry and mechanical properties of solid and hollow carbon fibres were investigated by light- and scanning electron microscopy, and by single fibre tensile tests.
It was shown that the bigger the diameter of the fibres the lower the mechanical properties is.
It was found that the hollow carbon fibres are suitable for preparation of a self-repairing composite with the advantage over other solutions because of their geometrical and mechanical properties.
The mechanical properties of the fibres The results of both fibre type show, that the bigger is the diameter, the lower are the mechanical properties.
By increasing the diameter of the fibres, the mechanical properties are declining.
