The areas of various materials surrounded by hysteresis loops enlarge gradually with the increase of loading displacement, especially in the later stage of loading, the area increase rapidly, which indicate that the internal stiffness degenerated obviously, and the equivalent damping get larger gradually.

Density ρ,viscosity coefficient µ and coefficient of thermal conductivityλof surrogate fuel are calculated by adopting the Extended Corresponding States to, namely, the results is got according to the corresponding relation between surrogate fuel and reference materials.
During the calculation of the thermodynamic properties Cp and specific enthalpy h, firstly the state parameter of surrogate fuel is transformed into reference materials’ (Extended Corresponding States), and then according to the p-v-T relationship of propane, Cp and h of surrogate fuel can be calculated.

Abstract.
The results show that the surface modified steel plates have good corrosion resistance and relatively low interfacial contact resistance, and it should be candidate material as a bipolar plate of PEMFC.
In order to commercialize fuel cells, the development of bipolar plate material is very important.
Materials and Experimental Commercially used A283-C carbon steel with a thickness of 2.2mm was applied for the bipolar plate substrate.
