The results show different achieved surface roughness of machined material C45 and tool life of ball nose end mills depending on the copy milling strategy for various tool materials.
Materials and Methods Workpiece Material: The selected workpiece material was medium-carbon steel of ISO C45 (AISI 1045) grade.
The tested cutting tool materials were uncoated cemented carbide (MicroGrain) and high speed steel (HSS-Co5).
Tonshoff et al. [8] found that the optimum inclined angle is 15° for ball end-milling of block materials.

Abstract: Recycled aggregate concrete (RAC) is a kind of practical and economic material to reuse the great amount of construction and demolition wastes, which has received many discussions nowadays.
After a building fire, the material properties of concrete change due to high temperature conditions.
However, owing to the fact that the variation and distribution of temperature in a fire is complex, it is very difficult for different structures and materials at elevated temperature to obtain a theoretical correlation between mechanical behaviors and constitutive relations [1, 2].
