Introduction Alloying is an effect method to increase heat resistant of many materials[1].
Experimental and Materials Pig iron and steel scrap of carbon contents 4.3 Wt% and 0.2 Wt%, ferrosilicon and ferrochromium of silicon and chromium content 75 Wt% and 70 Wt% in fixed portion were melted in intermediate frequency induction furnace (GW-0.02-60/25J).

Introduction Tailor welded blanks (TWBs) are composed of more than two materials with similar or different strengths or thicknesses joined together to form a single part before the forming operation [1].
The profile and size of test specimens depends on the dimensions of metal materials, the efficacious length of the specimen should be larger than original gauge length.
To study the mechanical properties difference between base metal and TWBs, the test plan had designed two base materials tensile test and the TWBs with three different weld line locations ones.
