Currently, high power PiN diode and high frequency MESFET are the most attractive electronic devices using SiC material.
In order to solve this problem, we have used the novel organo-silicon precursor material, bis-trimethylsilylmethane (BTMSM, C7H20Si2).

Elevation view of the pylon model Because model scale is 3:40, the similarity constant of material bulk density is 40/3.
That is the model material bulk density should be 12.333 times bigger than the prototype material.

Most of photo- chromic materials are organic such as woad, triphenylmethane, azobenzene, etc [2].
There is a considerable interest in the research and development of inorganic materials because they exhibited better characteristics than organic materials [3].

In order to adapting to the advanced manufacturing technology, material objects need to turn CAD models by an approach.
Summary 1) By processing the point cloud data of the blade in Geomagic Studio 12, the blade model fitted with NURBS is gained, and by analyzing the deviation of 3D, the model gained is fundamentally accord with the material body, which provides a method to resolve those models of impellers or other relative works unable to complete directly by the technology of CAD. 2) The recovery of building model to material body of impeller by using Geomagic Studio 12 and SolidWorks, offers the support to analyze and research subsequently mechanics parameters of the impeller, and creates advantage for impeller redesign, and full shows that the combination of both soft has better application value to build CAD model of material body of complex geometry.

(1) Where and are the material parameters.
Up till now, both functions of and have been completely solved. 3 Test and Data Process for GC4 Steel The tests are carried out actually according to Metal Materials Fatigue Crack Growth Rate Test Methods[1]. 3.1 Specimen and Test Conditions The tests are preformed using GC4 steel bars which quenched at 920°C, isothermal at 190°C for 1 hour, tempered at 260°C for 3 hour as-heat-treated.
