The fluorescent materials used in EML luminate via photophysically-allowed singlet-singlet transitions.
This fact is important in choosing a host material for organic light-emitting devices.
In order to get efficient pure-red emitting materials, efforts must be made for the synthesis of the complex with the narrow band and for sharply increasing the band right before 600 nm.

Effect of Mn, Si on Varistor-Dielectric Characteristics of Nb-doped SrTiO3 Ceramics Ningzhang Wang1,2,Jianye Li3,Ji Ning2,Jing Liu3 1 Guangxi Key Laboratory for Advanced Materials and Manufacturing Technology, Guangxi University, Nanning, China 2 School of Computer, Electronics and Information, Guangxi University, Nanning, China 3 School of Materials Science and Engineering, Guangxi University, Nanning, Guangxi, China Key words: SrTiO3 ceramics; dielectric-varistor characteristics; additive Abstract: The varistor-dielectric characteristics of SrTiO3 ceramics with various amounts of MnCO3 and SiO2 additives was studied.
The best added amount of SiO2 is 0.4wt% because the electrical properties of SrTiO3 ceramics drop when x(SiO2)>0.4wt%.The SrTiO3 based ceramic, with the doping of 0.5mol%Nb2O5+0.5mol%MnCO3+0.4wt%SiO2, the better microstructure and electrical properties can be obtained. 1 Introduction As a new functional materials, SrTiO3 ceramics not only has good dielectric properties and excellent voltage-sensitive characteristic, but also widely used in the manufacture of grain boundary layer capacitors and dielectric-varistor ceramics [1].
The raw material was milled, dried, granulation, and pressed into the 8mm × (3 ~ 4) mm wafer-shaped sample.

The materials making up the tubes were identified as Type I and Type II and the details were given in table 1.
Small amounts of cementitious materials were also found.
The occurrence of these deposits suggested the contact of chloride containing acidic solution with cementitious materials from the surrounding and precipitation of residual on the stainless steel surface. 3.
