When the vehicle door’s crashworthiness is studied, people usually blindly increase the support structure or change the material in order to enhance the door’s crashworthiness, which will not only increase the weight of vehicle door, but also waste the material [1].

Abstract: In this paper, the fine grain high-strength IF steel after cold-rolling and continuous annealing was studied. The microstructure under different holding time of fine-grain high strength IF steel was observed by the OM and the TEM technology.
In this paper, the recrystallization texture was examined by selecting different holding time in order to get stronger<111>//ND fiber texture, which is resulting in better deep drawability as well as high strength[1-4]. 2 Experimental Method 2.1 Experimental Material The carbon content of the tested steel is higher than conventional IF steel.

These bring with them issues of composite design to join ceramics to metals aiming to combine the advantages of these two kinds of materials.
However, as these materials have dissimilar thermal expansion coefficients, and ceramics possess poor wettability to heterogeneous materials such as metal, the strength of the joint with ceramic to metal is usually insufficient, and their utilization requires gradient to reduce thermal stresses in the materials.
And from the point of view of their application, the variation functionally graded materials can be classified into functional gradient coating, functional gradient joints, and functional gradient material themselves [4].
