Introduction
Polycrystalline Ni-Zn ferrites have been extensively studied owing to their large magnetic
permeability, high resistivity and high curie temperature which make these ferrites excellent
materials for power transformers in electronic and telecommunication application [1].
Starting materials used were reagent grade oxides NiO, ZnO and Fe2O3.

Self-repairing microcapsule was produced by means of one step in-site polymerization with the
shell material of urea-formaldehyde and core material of epoxy resin.
A nano test system manufactured by Micro Materials of UK was used for the nanoindentation testing, which is a pendulum-based depth sensing system, with the sample mounted vertically and the load applied electromagnetically as show schematically in Fig.1.
It can be seen that the shell material behaves as a non-linear viscoelastic material under the function of nano probe and low load which different from the macroscopical performance.

Ball Mill
Ball mill is a kind of traditional material crushing device, it has been one hundred years of development history, it is an important equipment for solid material refined flour.
Stress material layer grinding compared with other grinding method has low energy loss and high utilization rate, it can greatly improve the grindability of material and the equipment processing capacity of the system, decrease the unit power consumption, save the capital construction investment of equipment, simplify the process, reduce the broken segments.
The online analysis system determine the moving information of materials in the mill through the test of surface vibration for semi-autogenous grinding mill, obtain the wear status reports of lining board and promotion board through the analysis of materials for movement, decide and optimize the operating parameters of mill based on the detected informations whether consistent with the ore properties and process requirements.
