Factors affecting the hardware products quality
For the quality of large number of hardware products, it mainly influences by three aspect factors, including the procurement factors, design factors, manufacturing and processing factors.Raw materials, some standard parts and external cooperation parts make up procurement factors.
Procurement factors consist of three two-level factors (raw materials, standard parts, and coordination parts).

The properties of filler material in weld seams are accounted for by a ghost material approach.
Material is initialized as ghost material and is activated, i.e. it is given base material properties, when the temperature reaches the melting point.
On the left, all material is activated at the beginning, on the right, ghost material is used as filler material.

Experiment and results
Three kinds of concrete materials with different proportion are used to prepare the specimens(300mm×300mm×300mm) , the concrete technical index[10] is shown in Table. 1.
The level of concrete materials also influence there recovery coefficient: the higher level has the higher recovery coefficient.
As a kind of brittle material, the inner damage of the concrete material is the main reason and it leads to the energy loss.
The concrete is a composite material and the stone inter the material like an inclusion.

And make some assumptions[2]: The bond between steel arch rib and concrete present well and no relative slip exists; considering the confinement effect of steel arch rib to concrete, look them as single combination materials; cross-section shape and area do not change before and after deformation.
Because of these defects ,this paper analysis the double nonlinear geometric and materials.

Introduction
Porous calcium phosphate such as HA and TCP have been extensively studied and used as bone
regeneration materials due to its good bioactivity.
It has been suggested that bone regeneration could be promoted if synthetic materials could resemble bone minerals in composition, size, and morphology since bone is composed of nanocrystals and type І collagen[1].
Materials and methods Preparation of Nano-sized TCP/collagen composite implants: Type I collagen (400 mg) (Sigma-Aldrich.
These defects were then completely filled with the implant materials.

Abstract.
Introduction Biomorphic template is a new concept for fabricating ceramic materials with novel hierarchical and complex microstructures using natural biological materials as templates, such as wood [1], rattan [2], rice husk [3] et al.
TGA methods (thermogravimetry, differential thermogravimetry) are widely used in the process of studying the oxidation mechanism of carbon materials [12, 13].
Experimental Experimental materials.
Journal of Hunan University(Natural Science), 2006,33(1): 86-90 [12] P.Z.
