Strain and stress distribution data was obtained from four portions at the thickness direction.
In the multi-pass simulation with nearly 10% per-pass reduction, the core metal yield when the total reduction was 40%.
There were eight passes in the rolling simulation, the reduction procedure was shown in Table.2 (t0 is the previous thickness, t is subsequent thickness, ε is the reduction), the highest single pass reduction was 14%[10].
The plastic deformation is in trend of uniform when total reduction reaches a proper value, as the 60% reduction in this simulation

It's significantly meaningful to the final completion of the target of CO2 emission reduction in China to study the potential of CO2 emission reduction expected in the next 10 years of China's construction development with the status quo.
Energy-efficiency and material-saving in construction are the two main subjects in CO2 emission reduction in China, which are the main objects of the study for the potential of CO2 emission reduction in China's construction.
Study shows that, by 2020, CO2 emissions in China’s construction will reach 11.008 billions tons, and CO2 reduction in construction contributes 48.07% to the potential target of CO2 reduction.

Manifold learning has made many successful applications in the fields of dimensionality reduction, pattern recognition, and data visualization.
In order to distinguish one particular class from others, we extract various kinds of features as much as possible from the huge amount of data, which will result in large amount of high-dimensional data sets, thus there will be the curse-of-dimensionality.
Broadly speaking, feature selection and dimensionality reduction are two feasible ways to deal with the aforementioned challenges[1].
Based on two-fold cross validation, we compare the performance of HMM with other classical dimension reduction techniques.

In this paper, we studied voice signal with Gaussian noise reduction.
This paper provided a new analytic method to the voice signal noise reduction and enhanced the accuracy of it.
Currently, we generally use WT for noise reduction of voice signal analysis.
Reflect HHT has the accuracy and validity of the voice signal with Gaussian noise reduction.

Based on this situation, government has introduced a series of energy conservation and emission reduction policies. Therefore, energy saving has aroused widespread concern.
Policy research on the implementation of energy saving has become a hot issue of academia. In this context, evaluation of energy-saving emission reduction policies has important theoretical and practical significance. It can provide theoretical support and decision for the state making energy-saving emission reduction policies.
The benefits include the benefits from energy conservation and the benefits from reduction of emission.
Given the system, we can decide whether the ECRE policy is effective on the basis of summarizing the data about relevant policies, then we can make appropriate and pointed adjustment and refinement.

Mean residual stress values of simulation after compression are identical to the XRD testing data.
Fig.5 Mean residual stresses of simulation values and XRD testing data along z-locus Fig.5 shows mean residual stress comparison of simulation values and XRD testing data after compression of Plate B along z-locus.
And the average error of mean residual stresses between experimental data and simulation values is 24.3MPa.
Obviously, it can be seen that mean residual stress values of simulation after compression are identical to the XRD testing data.

China Architecture Design & Research Group a78680583@qq.com, blixz@cadg.cn, cwuyc@cadg.cn, dhaoj@cadg.cn Keywords: new packing workshop, simulation calculation, average noise reduction, 8h equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level, control scheme Abstract Based on the noise test data of existing workshop, the noise of new packing workshop was studied.
Technical Route Based on the specific features of this project, we propose the technical solutions as follows: (1) Conduct an investigation on the existing workshop; learn the equipment' functions, preliminarily judge the sounding properties of acoustic source; (2) Test the characteristics of sound source on the existing typical equipment in the workshop and obtain the characteristics data of sound source; (3) Set up computer model of the sound source, compare the acoustic parameters of the model with test data, until the acoustic parameters of the model and the actual test data coincide; (4) Propose the noise control scheme of the new cigarette packing workshop; (5) Conduct a simulation and analysis of various noise reduction solutions, compare their noise reduction effects, and decide the final solution with combining engineering experience; (6) Conduct an investment evaluation of the final solution.
It can be seen that the maximal deviation of site tests and simulations is below 2%,showing that the accuracy and veracity of the simulation data are reliable.
From simulation calculation, sound field distribution data of the equipment when working normally in full load can be obtained [6].

Therefore, the sludge reduction efficiency was remarkable.
The acid and alkali pretreatment on dissolving cell of excess sludge was studied, according to the release of SCOD, soluble protein, soluble total sugar and organic matter to grasp the affecting factors of excess sludge reduction of the target value.
Table 1 The characteristics of excess sludge Analytic Index pH SCOD(mg/L) SS(mg/L) VSS(mg/L) Data 6.82 79.712 8600 6450 Experimental Methods The sludge was put into a plug jar with acid and alkali solution to adjust the pH to the set value, temperature and time, and then the indicators were tested.

With the comparative analysis of CODE(JTG D62-2004) method and measured data, it draws a conclusion that considering the support patterns on pier top negative moment influence on engineering structural analysis is more appropriate.
Then the negative bending moment must be carried on the reduction treatment[1].
The formula for bending moment reduction in the CODE is the Eq.1
Moment value is too large after reduction in accordance with the standard formula.
