Light gasoline cars take up 95% of the traffic.
It can be seen from Fig.3 that the effect of traffic density on maximum CO concentration is approximately linear under normal traffic operation.

But, we can formulate reasonable repair and maintenance plans to increase the efficiency of track maintenance and ensure safety, if the prediction of track irregularity is effective.
The international union of railway technical research institute (ORE) defined the standard deviation and average of sinking, got the predict formula of the development rule of track longitudinal level irregularity using the sinking average [4].
Its geometric condition affects the running safety, stability and comfort of train.

The plant-engineers should be informed about the margin of safety level of existing pipelines corresponding to the target safety level to assess the integrity of the corroded pipeline under operation.
The line that is located along to 10-4 of probability of failure indicates the target safety level.

Bearing-capacity load test of the prototype The load test of the prototype bridge was carried out before opening to traffic.
Additonal dynamic characteristics were obtained by traffic running testing.
The load tests proved that there was potential safety hazard under offset moving loads so the actual motor lanes number was changed to six since the bridge was open to traffic.
As a result, the number of designed vehicle lanes was reduced to guarantee the operating safety of the bridge.

The establishment of the evaluation index system Based on the above principles and relevant literature [5-9], we can divide the factors influence the Arctic route's navigation environment into five aspects: meteorological factors, hydrological factors, geographical factors, traffic regulation factors and the navigation aids information and facilities factors.
Traffic regulation factors include the marine criterion and the international navigation code in the ice area.
The goal of the Arctic route's navigation environment evaluation is to judge if the Arctic is navigable and how about the navigation safety is, so the Arctic route's navigation environment evaluation set can be classified by whether it can be navigated and thenavigation safety level condition.
