It was shown that the addition of nanoparticles of titanium carbide improves the mechanical properties of the initial alloy, without significantly reducing the electrical conductivity (no more than 30%).
Factors that affect the value of electrical conductivity were indicated above; hence we can indirectly judge the uniformity of distribution of the reinforcing phase TiC, absence of conglomerates ofTiC particles and the purity of the obtained ingots.
This article presents the results of the study of mechanical properties of the obtained composites.
Thus, aluminum alloys modified by TiC nanoparticles are characterized by high level of conductivity and other physical and mechanical properties.

As shown in Fig. 2, SCM440H-VQT, SCM440H-QT and S45C-HQT were significantly affected by hydrogen.
A286 was also affected by hydrogen which indicates that martensitic structure is not the necessary factor for the ∆Kth reduction by hydrogen.

The moisture absorption mechanism differs in varied conditions of heat and humidity, and temperature is an important factor affecting composites hygroscopic property.
Introduction Reinforced Carbon fiber resin matrix composites enjoy properties of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and controllable anisotropy [1], which are in line with the light trend for parts in aerospace, auto and sporting goods industry, so it has been widely applied in these fields [2].
Though moisture absorption affects longitudinal mechanics performance slightly in unidirectional composite, affects performances on compressive strength and inter-level shear strength seriously [4].
It can also be seen from Table 2 that the balanced hygroscopic content of composite in CT & CH is higher than that in VT & CH, which indicates that temperature is the key factor to influence hygroscopic property while the water diffusion coefficient in VT & CH is far below that in CT & CH, which proves that temperature plays important role in affecting water diffusion in composites.

Unfortunately, the quality of the SLM parts is addicted by many factors, which make it difficult to achieve full density in the manufactured details.
These factors are associated with the powder properties and the process control parameters, which can be divided into three basis group: Sintered material – grain size, chemical composition, (2) Sintered parameters – scanning speed SP, laser power P, laser beam diameter D, point distance PD, hatch distance HD (3) Sintered layer – layer thickness t.
Porosity and defects of SLM elements may affect the deterioration of their electrochemical properties, and thus reduce the biocompatibility in the environment of tissues and body fluids.
