Analysis on construction delay of suburban roads Yanting Ma1,a, Chunjie Ma2,b 1,2Institute of civil engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China atina.margaret@163.com, b13905742430@139.com, Keywords: Suburban roads, Construction delay, Risk factors, Countermeasures Abstract.
It may cause the construction delay, property loss, and even leave serious quality problems if handled improperly.
This article analyzes the reason of suburban roads construction delay from the behaviors of the owner, construction units and the supervision units to find the factors affecting construction schedule, increasing cost and lowing efficiency, then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to explore the path of sustainable development. 2.
On the other hand, when faced with the peak construction period, a common-use mechanical will be called back and forth on the working plane.
In such situations, some only involve in the procedure itself, without affecting the completion of other procedures, but some in key path will influence the progress of the whole suburban road, cause serious construction delay.

After quenching and tempering heat treatments, are obtained good mechanical properties in biphasic alloys, maintaining the plasticity characteristics in reasonable limits.
Vanadium influence on mechanical properties of Ti-Al alloys Fig. 2.
The alloy has a good corrosion resistance in different corrosive solutions and high mechanical properties (Fig. 2).
These alloys are sensitive to actions of non-metallic inclusions, which affect the mechanical properties [7,8,9].
The obtained values are in the 50...60 HRC limits, fact that guarantee good mechanical properties.

Mechanical Properties Figures 3 and 4 are respectively the curves of the hardness and strength of sintered samples with different Cr content.
When Cr.wt% = 2 or 3, with the content of Cr it affinity O and C increase, in the materials the Cr compounds of O or C to increase, with poor binding between matrix, affecting the pressing and sintering properties.
Conjunction with Figure 1, Figure 3 and Figure 4, we can find, in the friction materials when Cr.wt% = 1.5 (Cr is joined in materials by ferrochrome), the materials shows better physical properties, mechanical properties and friction and wear properties.
(3) Sintering temperature and Cr content are major factors to impact on overall performance of materials.
(4) In the friction materials of copper matrix powder metallurgy, when adding Cr.wt% = 1.5, it has better physical properties, mechanical properties and friction and wear properties.

And in recent years, electrospun PET mat has been applied in various areas [5.6.7.8], due to its advantageous mechanical properties, low cost and biocompatibility.
Generally, the size of sample for mechanical testing was 3.18mm wide and 25.4mm length punched from the mat.
DSC thermograms of electrospun PET mats before/after thermal treatment Tensile properties According to theory, the more intersection point of fiber, the stronger tensile properties.
Tensile properties of electrospun PET mats before/after thermal treatment From the Table 2 and Fig. 3, it can be seen that the thermal treatment could improve the tensile properties of electrospun PET mats, if the suitable temperature was been chosen.
The connection between the fibers is the most important influencing factor on tensile properties of electrospun mats.

Introduction Values and vertical gradients of shear wave velocity (Vs) are important physical and mechanical properties of soils.
In addition, several geological investigations have recently used correlations between geological parameters and Vs in predicting the foundation properties [4].
The affecting factors mainly include the physical and mechanical properties of foundation soils, such as standard penetration test (SPT) number N, side friction fs of CPT, cone tip resistance qc of CPT, depth z, void ratio e, compression modulus Es, water content w, density ρ, specific gravity of soil grain Gs and type of soils T.
The affecting factors are defined as the input samples and the corresponding Vs as output samples.
Because the GRNN estimation model considering the comprehensive factors, the predicted results show good agreement with the actual values.

Ultimately the designed cleaner process is bound to take a comprehensive consideration of quality, environment and other factors.
Blank manufacturing methods not only directly affect mechanical properties and manufacturing economy of parts, but also relate to environmental properties of the process, that is to say, blank manufacturing methods almost determine the size of the raw material utilization.
Therefore, when we choose blank, we can make full use of 'House of Environment' to make a comprehensive balance of influencing factors.
Forging blank possesses high comprehensive mechanical properties, smaller blank allowance and high raw material utilization, but the structure is more complex and manufacturing cost is high.
Likewise, welded blank also possesses high mechanical properties, small allowance and high raw material utilization, but the structure is complex and cost is higher.

Element diffusion and distribution along the longitudinal section are tested by the Energy Disperse Spectroscopy (EDS), produced by Oxford Corporation; Influencing factors of the coating's brazed interface are analyzed.
The coating bonding strength in this technology is higher than the mechanical bond coating level.
Figure 4 microstructure of welding specimen Figure 5 interface element distribution of welding specimen WC composite coating formed at the interface of factors The influence of brazing temperature and holding time The most important factor of WC composite coating interface affect the formation is the brazing temperature and holding time.
It will easily cause the solder and base metal over interaction if brazing temperature is too high that resulting the base metal corrosion and metal layer brittle and make the joint mechanical properties deterioration.
The holding time primarily based on the interaction between solder and base metal properties.

However, as the degree of compaction is affected by various internal and external factors, its accuracy is difficult to guarantee.
However, the degree of compaction is affected by various factors such as mechanical properties of soil, water content, compaction thickness, number of compactions, compacting machinery, test equipment, test operators and so on [1].
Such complex factors will inevitably make it difficult to guarantee the accuracy of the degree of compaction.
Physical Properties of Test Soil Sample Studies have shown that the compaction effect was strongly affected by soil quality.

Impact properties of composites are mostly affected by the mechanism of energy absorption and dissipation, which contributes to the fracture toughness of composite materials.
From Table 2, it is observed that the main factors as well as the interaction of the factors significantly affected the responses, showing P-values lower than 0.05.
For ANOVA, p ≤ 0.05 indicates that the factor (or interaction of factors) significantly affects the considered response within a 95% confidence level.
When the interaction among factors is significant, such interaction should be considered instead of the individual factors.
