Experimental materials and methods A serie of 10 nanocomposite coatings has been deposited on microslide glass substrates by DC magnetron sputtering under identical deposition conditions (constant power of 150 W, pressure of 0.25 Pa, 2 % of acetelyne (C2H2) flow at total deposition time of 20 minutes).

Cellular materials, in particular cellular metals, are an interesting category of materials since their
physical properties are not only determined by the base materials but also the arrangement of this
material in space in a certain structure.
An additional advantage of the method is that almost any material with any material state (e.g. powder, liquid, solid, etc. ) can be measured and this has been shown in many works, such as food and agricultural materials [23], insulation materials [24, 25], hydrating cement pastes [26] or cellular metals foams [27].

Evaluation is a kind of material for environmental material, first need to determine the evaluation criteria: 1) with low energy consumption, less pollution, recycled materials; 2) material shall be renewable ability; 3) after the product scrap, not recycle parts after processing, smaller impact on the environment; 4) choose virulent and easy decomposition of materials.
In addition to the equipment design of raw materials, product selection of packaging materials is also very important.
Try to use a better performance of MC nylon new materials, through the finite element static and dynamic analysis, material can satisfy the use requirement.
Design in meet the job requirements can be repeated use of materials and environmental protection new materials, after reduction design and analysis, the loader good meet the coal mine equipment.
