Raw Materials.
At the same time, the toughness indexes increase and reach the ideal flexural toughness indexes I5=5, I10=10 and I20=20 of elasto-plastic materials.
Meanwhile, the flexural toughness indexes of steel fiber reinforced concrete reach to the values of ideal elasto-plastic materials, the loading capacity in large deformation of steel fiber reinforced concrete beams also increases.

The MSW samples (MgSO4·5Mg(OH)2·3H2O), used in this study, were prepared in the laboratory.
In order to investigate the dispersion state of MSW in PP, fracture surfaces of PP, unmodified and modified MSW/PP composite materials were observed under SEM, which are shown in Fig.4.
In SEM fracture surface images of unmodified (Fig. 4(b)) and modified MSW/PP composite materials (Fig. 4(c), the mass proportion of MSW to PP is 30%), the darker district was PP matrix and the lighter is MSW aggregates.

The mechanical behavior of steel was measured according to the method in metallic materials tensile testing GB/T228-2002, the measured steel strength are showed in Table 2.
C30 and C60 concrete were used in the specimens, the concrete material properties were determined by testing the concrete cubes.
