The structures of the raw materials of 35MnBand25Mn steel tubes are shown in Fig. 2 (a) and (b), respectively.
As shown in these figures, the microstructures of the two materials are believed to be bimodal structures of pearlite and ferrite, and band structures are considered to have been removed or prevented.
