Yu [4] surveyed the advances in strength theory (such as yield criteria, failure criteria) of materials including metallic materials, rock, soil, concrete, ice, iron, polymers, and energetic material, under complex stress, and discussed the relationship among various criteria, and presented a method of choosing a reasonable failure criterion for applications in research and engineering.

On the other hand, such problems in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the imbalance of distribution in power and materials, maladjustment between the structure and quality of manpower and materials and the requirement of industrial structure adjustment and irrationality of development of manpower and material inevitably jeopardize driving force of this regional development.
The problem lying in the development of manpower and materials in Hebei province, which covers the largest area of the region, is the most serious.
In the regional cooperation, the development and utilization of Beijing-Tianjin manpower and materials have made some progress due to the regional advantage of being close to Beijing and Tianjin.
The primary task of Hebei at present, based on integration of talents development, is to make full use of the advantage in population and to throw in great number of manpower and materials especially in high-lever innovative talents.

Our previous work with biopolymers used FTIR to determine the Na-alginate salts transformation to Ca-alginate (Kollár, Zsoldos, Szabó- UHMWPE modified sodium alginate, Materials Science Forum, 2015.).
These materials are intended for use in multi layer packaging films.
The selected materials are easily available biopolymers widely used in food and healthcare industry.
