Thus, high performance steel materials is needed to fulfill the requirement of machinery industries, such as to develop high strength steel, the 550MPa grade high strength steel for example, to replace the conventional commercial steel Grade 345MPa.
Tensile fractured in the base material and strength of the welding joint is 730 MPa in average which is almost the same as those of the base material.
An average weight reduction of the parts in one machine applying the new material achieves 10%.

In UK, every year around 70 million tons of C&D materials and soil ended up as waste.
Regulated by the Construction and Planning Agency (CPA), there materials can be highly reused and were useful.
Its by-products used as construction materials included tiles, heat-insulation bricks, ceramic tiles, and pipes.
As a result of asbestos by-products being replaced by other legal materials, the discharge of asbestos-waste was increasing.

The parameters of materials and the model structure are assumed as following[2][3]:
a)Materials in each pavement structural layer is homogeneous, isotropic, and linearly elastic, which means Hooke Law applies.
c)Contacts between any two layers are entirely continuous, and the effect of the pavement materials’ weights are ignored.
A geotechnical fabrics and a geogrid with a mesh size of 1.27cm×1.27cm were used as reinforced materials in the test.

Introduction
In recent years the microfluidic driving control technology develops rapidly, and has been widely used in many fields, such as biomedicine, materials chip, gene chip and cell micro injection[1].
Uniform digital microtransmission and micro injection of microfluid have been realized based on the technology of pulse driving and controlling of microfluid which has no limitation to the microfluid materials and has extensive applicability[2].
The material of the microfluidic injector is quartz glass.
