Introduction The axial magnetic drive mechanism realized magnetic torque transmission between the two axes by the magnetic of permanent magnet materials,.
Because achieved non-contact mechanical transmission, therefore, no friction, no noise, no lubrication, shaft seal as well as overload protection and performance, coupled with high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials, made a magnetic drive mechanism have widely applications in the chemical, industry, medicine and health, textile, food, vacuum field [1-3].
Conclusion Departure from the principle of axial magnetic drive mechanism coupled, analyzed the axial magnetic drive transmission torque formula based on the equivalent magnetic charge theory.The formula of the driving torque included several parameters, they were the properties of the materials, pole numbers , geometry, the working air gap, and the relative angle between active and passive rotor and so on.

For non-conductive hard and brittle materials, the machine tool could perform ultrasonic machining and grinding machining combined ultrasonic vibration; for conductive hard and brittle materials, electrical discharge with or without ultrasonic vibration could be implemented.
Introduction Common mechanical equipments are difficult to process hard and brittle materials for the sake of its hardness and brittleness [1].
Ultrasonic machining could be employed to deal with these brittle materials, yet the working efficiency is quite low.
