At the end of this paper, we apply the finite element computer PCA analysis method to the evaluate sports resources, and establish a new type of city sports resources weight ratio model for Pan Yang Hu area, and obtain the characteristic response curve.
Weight of the project Weight coefficient 1 City culture 0.11 2 City image 0.14 3 City construction 0.38 4 City economy 0.13 5 Tourism 0.25 Table 1 shows weight ratio of city sports resources in Pan Yang Hu area.

According to the research of Lian Jijian, Yang Min and An Gang etc scholars[1], the slabs of inverted arch plunge pool are much more stable than those of flat-bottomed plunge pool.
Fig.3 The transverse profile of plunge pool impact area According to Tian Zhong’s research[8], when < 30, jet maximum velocity of profile sharply attenuates as jet flow path x increases, and its impact energy account for initial energy sharply reduced, when >30, the changes of velocity and impact pressure tends to slow as x increases, when > 80 , submerged jets impact pressure can be ignored.
