Introduction Fabric imperfection is an important factor affecting the product quality, which includes not only the fly, course mark, missing yarn, dropped stitch, float, hole, snag, skewing, etc. in the weaving process, but also the defects and flaws coming from raw materials.
Computer processing algorithms of fabric imperfection images are not perfect, which needs further exploration and research of science and technology workers.

The lower and upper structures are connected by means of the two rotating shafts supported by journal bearings.
Most parts of the stage, including the linear actuator, the linear bearing, the rotating shafts, the journal bearings and the aluminum frames, are commercially standardized parts, and easy to be obtained.

The sum of ε1 and ε2 can be expressed as (1) 1-load platform; 2-supporting plate; 3-beaker frame Fig. 1 Structure of incubator shaker 1-load platform; 2-supporting plate; 3-left supporting point; 4-right supporting point; 5-left strain point; 6-right strain point Fig. 2 The schematic of weighing system Where E is the elastic modulus of the material and W is the section modulus in bending.
As shown in Fig. 6, the resistance strain gauges 1 and 2 are sticking on supporting plate and the resistance strain gauges 3 and 4 on another plate which has the same material as the supporting plate.
