Abstract.
Although HRXRD has become a routine characterization method for Si and III-V based heterostructures [1], its applications to SiC- and nitride-based epitaxial structures are still at the early stage, mainly due to the relatively low crystalline quality and complicated defect structures in these materials.
For these materials, it is necessary to perform triple-axis reciprocal space mapping (RSM), a two-dimensional point-to-point scan, to obtain the accurate values of the lattice misorientations and mismatch [3,4].

Introduction
The use of composite materials, especially glass-epoxy and carbon-epoxy composites, is substantially increased in offshore industry owing to their high specific strength, stiffness, tailorabilty and damping properties [1].
The materials used are E6308 unidirectional glass fibres and Epolam 5015 epoxy matrix.

But the Preisach model involves the physical characteristic of magnetostrictive materials, it is complicated, and is not suitable for modeling GMA across a wide frequency band because the hysteresis characteristic is rate-dependent.
In this method, in order to converts the multi-valued function in one-dimension space into the single value function in the high dimension space, the original one-dimension input space is first projected on a high dimension input space, so that IOLS-SVM can be used to approximate the hysteresis characteristic. 1 Hysteresis Nonlinearity of GMA The GMA is manufactured by School of Materials Science and Engineering of BUAA[10].

Abstract.
Al-Pb is a traditional immiscible alloy system on which some important alloys such as bearing and solder materials are based[2].
Recently, significant progress has been achieved in computational materials science, and , as a powerful tool, molecular dynamics (MD) simulation has been widely used to observe and characterize the cluster formation and evolution of special systems[3-7].
