The SrSnO3 is a direct band gap (~ 4.1 eV) semiconductor and shows distorted orthorhombic structure at room temperature with the Pbnm space symmetry [2].
X-ray diffraction studies reveal that there is no change in the orthorhombic structure with incorporation of Fe3+ in the lattice.

The van der Waals radius is an important factor in investigating the geometric structure.

And the Li+-extracted samples show a high selectivity and a large capacity for Li+ among alkali metal ions[1-2].In this article, the composition and structure of MgMn0.25Ti0.75O3 are different from those in literature[3-4], The experimental result have proved that the inorganic material has better selectivity and higher capacity of exchange for Li+ in the solution removed Li+ previously.
The structure of compound metal oxide MgMn0.25Ti0.75O3 crystallized at 900℃ was much perfect.
As shown, the structure of MgMnTi-900(H) is nearly constant, which is spinel oxide type too.

The low thermal conductivity is connected with the lattice structure of Cu2SnSe3, in which Cu-Se bonds form an electrically conductive framework and Sn atoms reside in the framework [6].
Such structure is similar to the phonon glass electron crystal (PGEC) compounds composed of an open-structure framework and filler atoms, and contributes to a low lattice thermal conductivity.

In order to inprove the efficiency of the DSSC [3], the porous surface structure of the nanostructured TiO2 electrode is very important.
Third, this technique can achieve crack-free thick film and ensure the film forming a highly porous and active structure after sintering at 450 ℃.
The low resolution revealed a very porous structure with large cavities and a three-dimensional network.
Because of the microporous structure of TiO2, more dye can be adsorbed onto the surface of TiO2, so as to absorb more sunlight, which improves the overall energy conversion efficiency of solar cell.

The crystal structure and phase purity of the ZrO2 were examined by means of X-ray Powder Diffraction (XRD, X-Pert, PAnalytic, Netherlands).
After calcined at 400℃, the structure is different from primary powder.
But all the lines are expanded, which indicates that the crystalline structures of the particle is not complete.
