Through investigating coating surface, interface of coating, microhardness and wear resistance of coating on thin plane material, we can further make sure which technology is more suitable for the coating manufacturing and find out external factors having bad effect on coating quality.
In order to avoid being affected by external factors, spraying coating should be heated by high-frequency induction heating machine instantly.
Self-fluxed alloy powder plays a significant role in mechanical remanufacturing area.
Its chemical composition and property parameters are shown in Table 1, which is an important factor to make us choose appropriate self-fluxed alloy powder to meet different needs successfully.
