Samples and isolation of bacterium
A total of 10 sufu samples were collected from market from southern Sichuan (Yibin, Luzhou, Leshan) and stored at 4˚C in sterile containers.

The simulation results show that the prediction model based on QGA-BP can be used to predict the paste pump outlet pressure, and the relative error is less than 8%, which can satisfy the engineering requirement .And compared with prediction model based on GA-BP(the genetic Algorithm BP neural network), The QGA-BP prediction model is better than GA-BP model in prediction accuracy and optimization time.
1 Introduction
Coal slurry is a by-product of coal cleaning plant, is a kind of high concentration, high viscosity, sticky materials.

According to the material properties of the SRC abnormal exterior joint, the paper divided the joint into concrete units, steel bar units and steel units, and set up the finite element separation model, as shown in Fig.2.

Although, according to the existing mature theory we can easily find out the main deformation value of construction stage and prestressing camber, the actual deformation of the structure is unlikely to achieve expected results, mainly because of the influence of various directly or indirectly factors, such as the design calculation of the material's elastic modulus, the design strength, the coefficient of shrinkage and creep of concrete, section size and construction load, etc., and actual bridge engineering of corresponding parameters are not completely consistent, or the construction of the inevitable measurement error, the prestressed tensioning, etc.
